This machine is designed for moulding french bread (baguettes)and for rolling heavier dough pieces into loaves. It's of a solid construction, movable on castors and easy to operate. The dough pieces are inserted
at the inlet side between 2 inlet rollers, by which dough is rolled into a foil. The foil travels between a movable belt and a static weighed felt roll where it is moulded into a rolled loaf.This loaf falls at the top of the machine between 2 rollers moving in the opposite direction,where it is lengthened up to it's desired length.
The finally moulded loaf falls on the table, which is tightened at the machine outlet side. The opening between the rollers can be continuously set up by means of the arm, situated at the right lower side.
