The Record is a self tipping spiral kneading machine. Characteristics: The Record is built with advanced technologies and it is covered by international patents. It permits the execution of kneading cycles and dough tipping without manual intervention in a very limited space. The versatility of this machine offers first quality doughs and, last but not least, permits a real saving on production costs. Thanks to the ringlike shape, the central axle and the non-wrapping spiral guarantee an ample rest time for the dough.
Operating the Record is extremely easy: The kneading cycle can be executed in half-automatic or automatic mode; at the end of the kneading cycle the bowl is lifted and tipped over. Technical Details: Bowl tilting height is approx. 1650 mm. which is good for a place in front of the hopper of a dough divider. The bowl bearer track is sliding on a master rack. The central control system is independent and can be applied to a wall. The auxiliary controls have low tension.
